Mango almond smoothie-A very delicious and easy smoothie with ripe mangoes and almonds. There are so many ways to make mango smoothie and this one with almonds is really good! Make this smoothie to beat the heat today!

Ingredients (1 cup=250 ml)
  • 2 cups chopped ripe mangoes
  • 15 almonds blanched or raw
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1.5 cups milk boiled and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Add chopped mangoes, sugar, vanilla and almonds in a blender jar.

  2. Blend smoothly

  3. Top with milk and blend again till frothy. Serve chilled

Recipe Notes

1.You can use cardamom instead of vanilla
2.Use whole or blanched almonds instead of almond flakes
3. Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of mango.
