Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups chopped chikoo or sapoda Peeled and seeds removed
  • 2 cups whole milk boiled and chilled
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or to taste

Instructions

  • Rinse, peel and chop the sapota coarsely. Also remove the seeds
  • Add chopped fruit, milk and sugar in a blender or mixer jar.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve sapota milkshake chilled.

Notes

You can store this milkshake for a day in refrigerator
The recipe can be doubled or triple
Use frozen milk for creamier shake
