Sapota unlike some fancy fruits, is locally grown, inexpensive and a power house of nutrition. I usually buy organic sapotas that are so sweet with a wonderful flavor. When your produce is really good, you don’t any ingredients or much time to turn into something more delicious. As in case of this chikoo shake you just need some milk and sugar along with ripe fruit. If your fruit is sweet enough, you can even leave out sugar or reduce the amount.
Serve chikoo shake chilled as dessert or snack. You can serve this with a light breakfast like paniyaram, cheese toast also.
