- 1 cup pasta raw
- 2 cups mixed vegetables, chopped mixed bell peppers, onion, corn
- 1 cup grated cheese mozzarella
- 3 tablespoons pasta sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic peeled and minced
- 1 green chili optional
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
First of all cook pasta until al dente and set aside. Preheat oven at 180C
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and chopped green chili. Saute well.
Add chopped vegetables and saute well. Next add pasta sauce ,required salt and sugar. Mix well and cook in high flame for 6-7 minutes.
Then add chili flakes and mix.
Also add fresh cream and give a quick mix. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Grease a baking dish with butter or olive oil. Spread half of the prepared pasta.
Top with half of grated cheese.
Add the remaining pasta and spread gently. Add the remaining grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. The cheese should melt and turn golden. Garnish with basil leaves and serve hot.
