Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup uncooked elbow pasta
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels.
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers cut into strips
  • 1 onion cut into strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder.
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  • Cook pasta and sweet corn kernels,drain and set aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan and fry onions and bell peppers. Reserve few pieces for garnish.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till mushy.
  • Add the pasta and corn kernels. Mix well. Turn off the flame.
  • Transfer the cooked pasta mixture to a oven proof dish.
  • Add the reserved fried onions and bell pepper on the top.
  • Now spread the grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes at 210C. Serve hot.

Notes

1. You can add baked beans instead of corn.
2 You can use olive oil instead of butter.
