Vegan Mango Milkshake

Creamy, rich and deicious vegan mango milkshake with almond milk and ripe sweet mangoes!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups chopped ripe sweet mangoes
  • 1 cup almond milk frozen or chilled plus 1/4 cup for blending
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Peel and roughly chop the mangoes after removing the stone.
  • Freeze one cup almond milk in ice cubes tray or you can use chilled almond milk as well.
  • To a blender jar add chopped mangoes, vanilla,  frozen milk cubes, sugar and 1/4 cup chilled almond milk.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to serving glass and serve immedietly.

Notes

  • You can double the recipe.
  • Use ripe sweet mangoes for best results.
