1. Preheat oven at 180C. Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Measure and take the oil in a mixing bowl. Add measured sugar and curd. Add scraped vanilla pith or vanilla essence.
2. Whisk very well.
3. Add sifted dry ingredients. (sift all purpose flour+ baking soda+baking powder+salt). Add to the et ingredients and mix well.
4. Add chocolate chips and fold gently.
5. Fill the lined muffin tray with the prepared batter. Bake till the top turns slight golden (for 15-18 minutes)
6. Serve chocolate chip muffins warm or at room temperature.

- 1/4 cup + few more chocolate chips
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup curd
