- 1 cup gram flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
heat oil for deep frying. Once the oil is medium hot remove 3 teaspoons of hot oil and take it in a mixing bowl. Maintain medium flame.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Add required water and make a soft stiff dough.
Take a part of dough in chakli press with finest nozzle. Pipe over hot oil and deep fry until golden brown. Serve cheese sev warm or at room temperature.
