Ingredients (1 cup=250 ml)
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
Instructions
  1. heat oil for deep frying. Once the oil is medium hot remove 3 teaspoons of hot oil and take it in a mixing bowl. Maintain medium flame.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Add required water and make a soft stiff dough.
  3. Take a part of dough in chakli press with finest nozzle. Pipe over hot oil and deep fry until golden brown. Serve cheese sev warm or at room temperature.

1. you can add any type of cheese
2. You can use just gram flour too
