I had this cheese sev recipe in cards for last year itself but some how missed making it. This is a very easy to make fine sev recipe with a mild flavor and taste of cheese. You can add more or less grated cheese as per taste. This is such a easy to make snack for diwali 2017 along with namak pare, kara boondi, aloo bhujia recipes.
To make cheese sev recipe I have used a part of rice flour along with gram flour. Addition of rice flour makes the sev more crispy and balance the taste too. I have added pepper powder and chaat masala powder as seasoning. If you prefer you can add chili powder too. I have used grated cheddar in this recipe.

How to make cheese sev recipe with step by step photos.
Heat oil for deep frying. Once the oil is medium hot remove 3 teaspoons of hot oil and take it in a mixing bowl. Maintain medium flame.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Add required water and make a soft stiff dough.
Take a part of dough in chakli press with finest nozzle. Pipe over hot oil and deep fry until golden brown. Serve cheese sev warm or at room temperature.
