- 2 bananas medium, ripe, sweet, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup milk frozen
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or cinnamon
Pick two ripe or overripe bananas and peel them. Use the sweeter varieties for best result. I used two medium country bananas. If you are using frozen bananas you can use them as such. No need to thaw.
Roughly chop the bananas.
Now place the banana chunks, 3/4 cup heavy cream or whipping cream and 1 cup frozen milk in a blender jar.
Blend until smooth.
Add a dash of vanilla or cinnamon.
Blend again until thick and frothy.Transfer to a serving glass and serve banana milkshake immediately. You can add some whipped cream or dried sweet banana chips as topping if required.
