To make batter
- 1 cup plain flour OR whole wheat flour
- 1.25 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling 1
- 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cubed mangoes peeled
Filling 2
- 3 tablespoons nutella
- 3 tablespoons chopped nuts toasted
- dried blueberries optional
Into a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, butter and sugar. To that add vanilla and mix well.
Add flour to the wet ingredients and mix well. Make a lump free batter.
Add more milk if required to thin down the batter. The batter consistency should be thin and runny.
heat a tava or griddle. Spread some butter. Pour a ladle full of batter. Swirl in gently. Do not try to spread.
Cook for 30-40 seconds. Flip gently and cook for 30 more seconds.
Place the filling of choice. Either condensed milk with mangoes or nutella and toasted nuts. You can refer more crepe filling ideas above.
Roll the crepe very gently and remove to a plate. Serve warm.
