Based on the filling used you can serve crepes as breakfast or dessert. I have made these eggless crepes as dessert with two delicious fillings. They taste very delicious when served warm. You can your favorite filling in this recipe.
The filling I have used in this recipe are
- condensed milk with fresh mangoes
- Nutella and toasted nuts.

Eggless Crepe Filling Ideas
- You can fill the crepe with a simple fruit jam like strawberry jam or mango jam.
- A fine sprinkling of powdered sugar and cinnamon powder.
- Also you can make a quick fruit compote with berries or fresh figs and use as crepe filling.
- You can make a mix of fresh peaches and cream as crepe filling.
- Peanut butter with sliced bananas.
- Sweetened whipped cream with fresh berries.
How to make eggless crepes recipe
1. Into a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, butter and sugar. To that add vanilla and mix well.
2. Add flour to the wet ingredients and mix well. Make a lump free batter.
3. Add more milk if required to thin down the batter. The batter consistency should be thin and runny.
4. heat a tava or griddle. Spread some butter. Pour a ladle full of batter. Swirl in gently. Do not try to spread.
5. Cook for 30-40 seconds. Flip gently and cook for 30 more seconds.
6. Place the filling of choice. Either condensed milk with mangoes or nutella and toasted nuts.

7. Roll the crepe very gently and remove to a plate.

Storing Crepes
You can easily freeze unfilled crepes. Make these crepes ahead of time and fill when needed. Cook and cool the crepes thoroughly. Just stack them between butter paper and store in zip lock bags.
Now you can refrigerate the crepes for a week or freeze for a month. Thaw them or warm them slightly before filling them.
Serve these as dessert or even snack. They taste great when served warm.

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons chopped nuts toasted
