For Classic Mango Smoothie
- 2 mangoes medium sized, ripe and sweet, 3 cups chopped
- 1.5 cups coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
For Mango Banana Smoothie
- 2 cups mangoes cubed
- 1 cup banana sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1.5 cups coconut milk
For Strawberry mango smoothie
- 2.5 cups mangoes cubed
- 10 strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice or tender coconut water
Optional Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- chia seeds
- Flax seeds
Classic Mango Smoothie
Peel and roughly chop the mangoes. The mangoes I used very ripe that I just scooped out the pulp. Take it in a mixer jar.
To that add thick coconut milk. I used homemade coconut milk. You can also use tinned coconut milk or coconut cream.
Add sugar or honey to taste.
Blend smooth. Serve immediately
Mango Banana Smoothie
Add 2 cups chopped mangoes and 1 cup banana slices in a blender jar. If you have frozen banana you can use it two. Add 3 small bananas.
To that add 1.5 cups coconut milk.
Also add sugar to taste.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to serving glass and top with dried berries, chopped nuts. Serve this delicious and thick smoothie immediately.
Strawberry Mango Smoothie
Add 2.5 cups chopped mangoes to a blender jar and blend until smooth. Add 8-10 fresh or frozen strawberries to it. Also add sugar to taste.
Add 1 cup orange juice and blend everything until smooth.
Serve this amazing smoothie immediately.
- The recipe can be doubled
- Add some ice cubes for creamy and thicker smoothies.
