Idiyappam recipe. Low fat and low cal, gluten free vegan string hoppers with just 4 ingredients!
1. These get cooked really fast. Do not steam for more than 5 minutes. Over steaming results in dry and cracked idiyappams.
2. If the dough breaks while piping, add little warm water, knead and pipe again.
3. Keep them covered until serving to retain softness.
