Wheat Dosa Recipe | Instant Goduma Dosa Recipe
Wheat dosa recipe is an easy and instant dosa recipe made with whole wheat flour, rice flour. Tastes best when served hot with chutney.
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 2 tablespoons rava
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 green chilies sliced
- 10 curry leaves torn
- Oil to make dosa
Into mixing bowl add wheat flour, rice flour and rava. Add salt to taste. Mix well.
To the flour mixture, add 3 cups water in stages. Mix well and make a lump free batter. The batter should be of thick buttermilk consistency.
Add 10 curry leaves, 2 green chilies, finely chopped and 1 finely chopped onion to the batter. Mix well.
Heat a cast iron tava and grease well with oil. Pour a ladle full of a batter into a circle. Do not spread.
Add oil at the edges and let cook for 30-40seconds. The edges will turn crispy.
Now gently flip if required. Once the edges are crispy and golden remove from stove and serve hot.
- use good cast iron tava for uniform cooking.
