Avocado milkshake with coconut milk- an easy to make, rich and creamy avocado shake in less than 10 minutes. Perfect summer breakfast or filling and fun after school snack too.
Cut open and ripe avocado, remove the pulp from the peel and chop it coarsely. I used 1 large avocado weighing about 220 grams for three servings of this shake.
Add chopped avocados, chilled thick coconut milk and sugar to taste in a high power blender jar.
Blend in high speed until everything is combined into a thick creamy shake. Serve immediately
