Ingredients

  • 1 avocado large, ripe
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk thick
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Cut open and ripe avocado, remove the pulp from the peel and chop it coarsely. I used 1 large avocado weighing about 220 grams for three servings of this shake.
