Gobi recipes are always a hit at home. I have shared some easy gobi recipes like gobi masala, gobi gravy, aloo gobi, tava gobi recipes here. Making cauliflower poriyal is easy as it takes only 15 minutes. I always prefer to clean the cauliflower thoroughly by blanching it in heavily salted hot water for 10 minutes. Rinse the blanched cauliflower under running cold water before using in the recipe. I have used basic spice powders in this cauliflower poriyal. We prefer this poroyal on spicier side. You can reduce the amount of chili powder as per taste. Also you can make this poriyal as crispy as you want by sauteing in low flame.

You can serve cauliflower poriyal with sambar rice, rasam rice or curd rice. This poriyal also tastes good with lemon rice.
