All you need are cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract and some chocolate sandwich cookies. 4 simple and easily available ingredients go into the making of this homemade no cook no churn ice cream recipe.
To make cookies and cream ice cream you do not need an ice cream maker, as I said above this is an no churn vanilla ice cream base, to which we add crushed cookies. You can use any of your favorite chocolate sandwich cookies or wafers too. Just crush the cookies and break them into tiny bits.

Step by step cookies and cream ice cream recipe.
1. Whip the cream along with vanilla extract until stiff peaks. I always use fresh cream and whip it over an ice bath.
2. Fold the sweetened condensed milk the whipped cream gently. Do not let peaks fall while folding.
3. Crush about 10-12 chocolate sandwich cookies. Add to the prepared ice cream mixture and fold. Freeze for 8-12 hours. Coop and serve cookies and cream ice cream as required.

- 3 cups whipping cream or fresh cream
- 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 15-20 chocolate sandwich cookies
- Vanilla extract
