To make mooli parathas you can either use fresh raw grated mooli or radish or slightly sauteed mooli. Also while making mooli paratha make sure to squeeze the juice from mooli thoroughly. How to make mooli paratha recipe with step by step photos.
To make dough:
Mix wheat flour and salt together. Add water gradually and make a soft and smooth dough. Set aside for 30 minutes.
To make mooli stuffing:
Mix all the ingredients together and set aside.
To make mooli paratha or radish paratha:
Divide the dough into 8-10 portions.
Divide the filling into 8-10 portions.
Roll a dough ball into a small circle.
Place the filling and bring the edges together to seal.
Roll into thick or thin paraths.
Fr the paratha on a hot tava with ghee or oil until golden from both sides.
Serve mooli paratha for breakfast or lunch hot with raita and pickle.
