Strawberry mojito mocktail to beat the heat! You will love this non alcoholic mojito or mojito mocktail with fresh strawberries on a summer evening. Perfect drink that is refreshing, delicious and thirst quenching for kids and adults alike!

Refreshing Strawberry Mojito Mocktail

Summer is right around the corner and what could be better than a tall glass of chilled mojito? If that also has the goodness of fresh fruit, then nothing like that.

This strawberry mojito is a mix of fresh strawberries, lemon and mint leaves with the perk of soda. Moreover it is non boozy and perfect for kids too. Go ahead and make this super easy strawberry mojito for your next summer party and enjoy!

I have a thing for these refreshing drinks with fresh fruits. Being not a big fan of store bought fizzy drinks these fresh fruit drinks like this strawberry mojito mocktail, mango mojito, pineapple mojito are my all time favorites.

You could whip this easy strawberry mojito with few easily available ingredients in your fridge, only thing is you should have strawberries in hand :).

I would say this is the best refreshing drink to usher the new year, add this in your get together menu or party menu and it will surely be the showstopper.

This Strawberry Mojito Mocktail Recipe Is

Non alcoholic

You Will Need

plenty of ice cubes ready,

generous dose of mint leaves,

lemon juice and strawberries.

I have added some sugar as the strawberries were not very sweet.

Step By Step Method

1. Keep all the ingredients ready. Chop the strawberries roughly, chop one lemon into small wedges, the other lemon into 2 for squeezing juice. Take 3 long serving glasses.

2. Take the chopped strawberries in a bowl, add lemon juice, mint leaves and few teaspoons sugar. Beat well with a spoon.

3. Divide the crushed strawberry mixture into 3 glasses. Add some crushed ice cubes in both the glasses. Add few lemon wedges in both the glasses as well. Shake the glasses slightly to muddle the flavors.

4. Slowly add plain soda or water in all the 3  glasses. Stir and serve strawberry mojito immediately.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 strawberries hulled and roughly chopped
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • Ice cubes
  • Water or plain soda
  • Sugar to taste optional

1. You can add cranberries instead of strawberries
