With heavy monsoons here, such comforting and warm snacks are on trail at home and I often make such healthy snacks. I try to toast or shallow fry as far as I can, here in this cabbage kofta recipe I have shallow fried the koftas. You can deep fry them or even use your appe pan/paniyaram pan to cook them just like I have made in this no deep fry sabudana vada recipe.
To make cabbage kofta curry, I have used ginger, chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder along with cabbage. This is a no onion garlic recipe, so you can make this on fasting and festival days too. You can use this kofta for making cabbage kofta curry or even use it as pakodi in pakodi kadi recipe too.

Used the appe patra to make the kofta, making it a healthier option than shallow frying. The koftas were just as good
