Garlic- Freshly minced garlic is best for taste and flavor. But of you want to use garlic powder you can add it too.
Seasoning- You can add any of your preferred seasoning mix. I like to add a dash of Italian seasoning or sometimes I just add a dash of basil or cilantro leaves and chili flakes.
Butter- Soft salted butter for taste and flavor. If you want to make vegan garlic toast, replace butter with olive oil.

How To Make Garlic Toast Step by Step
1. preheat oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
2. Take 6 bread slices and arrange on a baking sheet. Brush some butter or olive oil on each slice.
3. Place the tray in the preheated oven and toast for 3-4 minutes.
4. In the meantime take 3-4 garlic pods and mince very finely. Add chopped cilantro leaves or dried basil to the softened butter and minced garlic pods. You can add little soft if using unsalted butter. Beat very well until all the ingredients are incorporated well.
5. Take the bread slices and flip sides. Apply the garlic butter on all the slices equally.
6. Return to the oven and toast for about 7-10 minutes according to the preferred crispiness. Serve garlic bread toast along with soup or just as snack with tea or coffee.

- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves OR 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
