Step by step cauliflower pepper fry recipe:
Par boil cauliflower florets with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder.
Drain and set aside.
Heat a pan with 3 teaspoons oil.
Temper with mustard seeds, urad dal, fennel seeds and curry leaves. Add crushed garlic pods and saute well.
Add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the par boiled cauliflower florets and mix well.
Add salt and pepper powder. Saute in medium flame for 5-7 minutes. Serve cauliflower pepper fry with rice and sambar.

Ingredients
- 1 medium sized cauliflower or 2 cups cauliflower florets.
- 1 onion sliced
- 10 curry leaves
- 2 garlic pods
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt

- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon urad dal
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
