Chana masala sandwich can be made in many ways. I usually make a toast sandwich recipe with left over chana and some grated cheese. You can keep the chana masala as base and make many sandwich combinations. You can top wit boiled potatoes, sliced tomatoes, capsicum. You can also add cubed paneer or even use this chole paneer curry to make tasty sandwich.

Making chana sandwich is easy if you have chole masala handy. Here I have made chana sandwich on tava. You can use electric sandwich maker or even oven to make this sandwich.

This toast sandwich recipe can be made with rajma masala, peas masala too.

You can serve chana masala sandwich with potato wedges, french fries or green chutney.

How to make chana sandwich recipe

1. Keep the chole masala ready.

2. Trim the edges of the bread and butter the slice generously.

3. Place some chana masala on one slice. Add some grated cheese or paneer cubes and cover with another slice.

4. Toast on hot tava with more butter. Toast well till the sandwich turns crispy and golden. Serve chana masala toast hot.
