How to make masala toast recipe.
To make veg masala
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions and saute well till they turn soft.
Add green chilies and saute
Add chopped tomatoes, spice powders, salt and mix well.
Saute till the tomatoes turn mushy
Add carrots and saute for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well.
Remove from flame and let it cool abit.
To make masala toast
Heat a tava.
Spread butter or oil on bread slices and toast till they crisp up on hot tava.
Spread the prepared masala and toast again for a minute.
Serve bread masala toast hot with coffee.

For making veg masala
- 2 medium carrots peeled and grated
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 green chilies chopped
- Salt to taste
- coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
To make masala toast
- 6 bread slices
- butter or oil for toasting
