paneer korma recipe

Sharing one of the best paneer korma recipes here today with you all. Mughlai shahi paneer korma recipe is a real good one and once you try this I am sure you will go back to make this easy paneer korma recipe. I have many readers write to me asking recipe for paneer korma without poppy seeds. Even I am not a big fan of poppy seeds, I use it in recipes where it is absolutely needed. In veg korma recipes you can easily use cashews or almonds for thickness and richness. I have shared some delicious korma recipes in the blog here like veg korma, cauliflower korma, tomato korma, navratan korma etc and shahi paneer korma is fit addition in this category.

This paneer korma is quiet rich as the base for this recipe is cashew paste. I have not made this as white paneer korma. I have added tomato for slight tangy taste and that also imparts a pleasant color to this paneer korma recipe and makes it true to the name,  Shahi paneer korma 🙂

To make paneer korma recipe I have used homademade paneer. If you want to make white paneer korma just leave out tomato in the recipe. You can increase the quantity of curd little more. You can use this base and make any veg korma recipe too. Just add steamed veggies instead of paneer cubes.

Shahi paneer korma goes very well jeera rice, butter naan, whole wheat naan, kulcha ,rotis and poori. You can serve paneer korma with steamed basmati rice too.
