paneer-momos-recipe

paneer momos recipe with step by step photos. We recently tasted paneer momos from momo house here in Chennai. It was very tasty and flavorful and I could easily guess the ingredients too. The filling for paneer momos was a spicy mix of crumbled paneer, onions and coriander leaves. It was so tasty and flavorful with soft outer covering. I tried to recreate the paneer momos recipe at home yesterday with few changes.

To make paneer momos I used whole wheat flour instead of maida. I have successfully made veg momos with whole wheat flour many times before. So I knew that would work well. Next I left out onion and garlic as I was serving these momos for some guests who eat only satvik food. Even without onion and garlic these paneer momos turned out to be wonderful.

You can serve paneer momos with schezwan chutney, momos chutney or tomato dip. These momos also taste good with green chutney.
