Step by step pizza sandwich recipe
1. Take the chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl.
2. Add grated cheese, seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
3. Take a bread slice and spread butter on both sides. Place 2 tablespoons of prepared filling. Close with another buttered bread.
4. Toast the sandwich on hot tava with more butter. Repeat the same with remaining bread slices. Serve pizza sandwich hot.

1 CUP = 250 ml
Ingredients
- 12 bread slices
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red and yellow bell pepper
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 to mato finely chopped
- Dried basil
- oregano
- Chilli flakes
- Salt
- Butter softened
Instructions
