These chocolate biscuit balls are ridiculously easy to make. You just mix all te ingredients andshape into balls. Roll them over desired topping and your dessert is ready!
There are absolutely no rules in making these biscuit chocolate balls. Use any of your favorite biscuits in this recipe. I have used Marie biscuit as it is readily available. You can also use salted biscuits, homemade cookies, even powdered rusk.
You can also use cream biscuits like mango cream cookies, bourbon biscuits in this recipe. Scrape the cream off and just blitz the cookies. You can use the cream along with butter and sugar.
These easy biscuit chocolate balls are one among so many desserts you can make with biscuits. I also make biscuit custard pudding, biscuit chocolate cake, steamed biscuit pudding.
For topping I have used just cocoa powder this time. To make it more festive you can use sprinkles, funfetti or even very finely chopped nuts for some texture.

1. Powder the biscuits in a mixie. Take the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until thoroughly mixed.
2. Add the biscuit powder,cocoa powder and mix well. Bring together and knead well to make a dough.

- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 15 almonds powdered (optional)
- Cocoa powder for coating optional
