How To Make Maa Laddu At Home?
Making maa laddu is very easy and quick. You just powder the roasted gram dal with sugar and cardamom powder first. Then add melted ghee and mix well. Make ladoos while the mixture is still warm.
Few recipes ask to powder the roasted gram dal and sugar separately but I find that unnecessary. You can just powder the roasted dal and sugar together until fine.
Serve maa laddu as snack or dessert. Keeps well for 10 days as we do not milk.
Recipe Notes and Tips
Make sure to powder the roasted dal and sugar until really fine. If needed you can sieve the powdered mixture once.
The quantity of ghee may vary a bit depending on the quality of ghee and roasted gram ghee. Keep around 2 tablespoons warm melted ghee ready to add if required.
