1. Place shredded or desiccated coconut in a bowl. To that, add sweetened condensed milk and mix well. If you try to shape the mixture, it should hold well. You can adjust the quantity of coconut or condensed milk slightly to get the desired consistency.
2. Divide the mixture to 10 equal parts and shape into a oblong. Arrange in a tray and freeze for 15 minutes.
3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler setup or microwave until smooth and glossy.
4. Coat the shaped coconut bars well with the melted chocolate. Arrange in a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Keep refrigerated in an airtight box.
