I have few breakfast poha recipes like kanda poha, aval upma, kanda batata poha, lemon aval already. If you are looking for filling and healthy breakfast recipes do try out poha.
It is easy to make masala poha. If you have chopped vegetables ready this poha can be made in 10 minutes. I have used organic poha with medium thickness. You can use thick poha too. Do not use the very thin type for this recipe. With all the vegetables and Indian spices this poha tastes very nice. It is also very flavorful and colorful.
Serve masala poha hot topped with freshly grated coconut. You can also serve with masala chai.
