30 days 30 recipes, my new series under recipe collection. I have been getting so many requests every day on menu planning and ideas for showing variety in breakfast and other meals. Then I thought of this idea as in we see in Tamil magazine supplements. #0 recipes of a particular type for a whole mot compiled in ne place. Is that not interesting :). So I am starting this series with the most important meal of the day breakfast. Of all the meals of the day we are always under confusion as what to make something new, healthy, filling and most important easily and quickly for breakfast. Do not fret any more, I have got you covered here. There are over 100 Indian and international breakfast recipes I have blogged so far and here I am compiling a list of 30 recipes with the following criteria.
1.Should be easy to make under 30 minutes
2. Healthy (mostly)
3. Variety

General tips and tricks for making quick and healthy breakfast.
1.Befriend idli batter, make sure you have it handy at the start of the week. You can make many varieties of breakfast as well as snack with idli batter.
2.You can make chapathi dough and store in airtight box for 2 days. Make some extra dough and store. You can make chapathi and paratha with the same dough.
3.Keep poha, sabudana etc handy so that you can make some quick upma when you run out of time. Sabudana requires soaking though.
4. You can make tomato chutney, onion chutney etc for 2 servings and save properly.
5.Keep bread handy and make many varieties of breakfast with it.
6. Be creative and add different flavors and seasoning to the same recipe and make it interesting for toddlers and kids.
