Some Tips For Making Perfect Bread Dosa
- Curd is the important ingredient in bread dosa. Make sure the curd you use is slightly sour as we are not leaving the batter for fermentation. You need curd like what you will use for rava idli.
- I have added finely chopped onions and green chilies to this dosa, again you can add or leave out onions as per your taste, you can even add more vegetables like grated carrot, cabbage to this recipe to make it more healthy and nutritious.
