How To Make Cucumber Tomato Salad Step by Step
Peel or rinse the cucumber and wipe gently. Cut into roundels.
Rinse and wipe the tomatoes gently too. Chop into small cubes.
Combine chopped cucumber and tomatoes in a salad bowl.
Add pepper powder, salt, sugar and lemon juice.
Toss well. Let sit for 10 minutes. Serve as side dish.
