How To Make Ganga Jamuna Juice Step by Step
Peel the oranges and slice the mosambi into two.
Extract the juice from sweet lime or mosambi using a handheld juicer. You can also peel and blend the fruit to get juice.
Peel the orange and take the segments in a blender jar. Blend smoothly and strain the juice. You can add 1/4 cup water if required.
Now mix both juice, add sugar to taste and blend again. You can also add some ice cubes and blend or add ice cubes while serving.
Serve ganga jamuna juice immediately.

Top Tips To Remember
Use ripe fruits with thin inner membrane and peel. They have more juice and are sweeter.
If you are extracting juice using a handheld juicer, do not squeeze it till the last drop. The juice will turn bitter.
Add ice cubes at the time of serving otherwise the juice will be diluted.
You can a pinch of cumin powder for zing.
It is better to consume the juice immediately after preparing.

GANGA JAMUNA JUICE
1 CUP = 250 ml
Ingredients
- 3 ripe sweet limes
- 3 ripe oranges
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- salt to taste
