Carrot Milkshake Ingredients
Carrots– Any variety of carrot will be good. If red carrots are available use it, they will make this milkshake more colorful and vibrant. You need to steam or boil the carrots briefly. You can also use raw carrots but briefly cooking then will make the milkshake smooth and creamy.
Nuts– Nuts like cashews or blanched almonds or pistachios add volume, thickness and flavor to this milkshake. I usually add whatever nuts I have handy. Here I have used cashews. Just 4-5 cashews for a serving will do.
Milk- Boiled and cooled whole milk or full fat milk for rich and thick milkshake. You can use low fat milk for skinny milkshake. To make vegan carrot milkshake use almond milk or coconut milk.
Fresh Cream– An optional ingredient that you can add to make this milkshake more rich and creamy. You can also add vanilla ice cream or non dairy cream for vegan milkshake.
