I saw this naan pizza recipe in a magazine and wanted to try ever since. The idea of using naan bread as pizza base looked very appealing to me. This is such a quick snack if you have naan bread and pizza sauce handy.
I usually make bread pizza to fix our pizza craving instantly but this naan pizza is more like a real deal. Naan puffs up wonderfully in the oven and tastes more like real pizza.
The other day I had made butter naan to serve with paneer kalimirch and saved two naan for making this naan pizza. I made one pizza with regular pizza toppings and for other one I used the gravy from paneer kalmirch as sauce and topped with paneer. Both of them turned out yummy 🙂
This naan pizza can be made in many ways just like classic pizza. You can use any of your preferred toppings and cheese to make a delicious pizza with naan bread.

How To Make Naan Pizza Recipe Step By Step
Making naan for naan pizza
This is an optional step for making naan at home. You can use store bought naan or use any leftover naan or naan dough.
1. Roll the prepared dough into a tear shaped into a tear shaped naan. Bake the rolled naan in the preheated oven for 5-6 minutes at 200C. Remove once the base is slightly crispy.
If you are using leftover naan from a previous meal then you don’t have to bake it first. Just proceed with the next steps.
Assembling and baking naan pizza:
