Which Bread Is Best For Making Bread Balls?
As I said above I prefer to use white sandwich bread for this recipe. White bread adds a slight sweet notes to this snack. You can also wheat or brown bread for healthier choice.
Whichever bread you use make sure it is freshest. Fresh bread is easy to stretch and roll without breaking. Even a day old bread it slightly hard and may break while rolling.
Even though you can dip the bread in water and make it soft, fresh ones are the best!
